Milica Nikolić  is an expert in the fields of culture and gender equality, a doctoral candidate in ethnology and anthropology. She is the author of several scientific and expert papers published in domestic and international journals in the humanities. She participates in conferences in Montenegro and abroad, focusing her research on topics such as identity, the relationship between the individual and the community, heritage interpretation, feminism, etc.

She has been involved in and coordinated various projects and policies in the field of culture, including the national cultural development program, preparation of nomination dossiers for the inclusion of cultural heritage on the UNESCO list, overall coordination of the process of inscribing the Boka Navy on the UNESCO Representative List, as well as many other processes.

She is also a teaching assistant at the University of Donja Gorica within the Anthropology curriculum.
