Project title: Immerse yourself in art

Summary:

Georeferencing of locations that inspired works of modern art in Montenegro.
The basic idea of this project is to connect specific places in physical space with works of art that are inspired by that location. Through direct linking, both nature and cultural heritage gain a new layer of reading and understanding. Works of art become new points of reference for new experiences of nature, while the view on the landscape provides a better insight into its artistic interpretation.
Given that many artists - from Pero Poček, Petar Lubarda, Mihailo Vukotić, Milo Milunović, etc., were inspired not only by Montenegrin cities such as Cetinje, Ulcinj, Budva, but also by many lesser-known areas, this cultural-tourist map covers a significant part of Montenegro and not only emblematic landscapes.
With the use of digital technologies, the user would be offered a set of information about the specific work (its origin, location, etc.), but potentially also about the wider cultural context. In the future, distribution channels could be developed and linked with other applications and developed into on-site physical forms.
