KotorArt implements the realization of one of its basic goals – the education of musical talents, through the work of the KotorArt Academy. Master classes of eminent pedagogues and renowned artists, from July 25 to August 11, give participants the opportunity to hone their performing skills. To the participants deemed most successful and talented, the KotorArt Academy will award a cash prize and provide logistical assistance in concert activities.

János Bálint, flute, after graduating from the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest in 1984, completed postgraduate studies under Professor András Adorján. He has won numerous awards at international competitions. He served as a solo flute at the Radio Hungary Symphony Orchestra (1981–1991) and the Hungarian National Philharmonic (2000–2006). As a soloist, Bálint has performed in nearly all European countries, as well as in the USA, Japan, Taiwan, Israel, and Korea, collaborating with, among others, András Schiff, Martha Argerich, Miklós Perényi, and Zoltán Kocsis. Bálint has released more than thirty CDs for Hungaroton, Capriccio, and Naxos. He regularly holds master classes around the world. Bálint is a member of the jury at many of the most important international competitions in the USA, Japan, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia, Austria, Hungary, Germany, and France, among others. In 2008, he received the highest Hungarian award for musical performance – the Franz Liszt Award of the Ministry of Culture and Education. Bálint is the founder and director of the Doppler Flute Institute in Budapest. He is a professor at the Hochschule für Musik in Detmold (Germany), supervisor at the Faculty of Philology and Arts in Kragujevac (Serbia), and visiting professor at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice (Poland).
 
Oleksiy Molchanov, piano, completed his undergraduate and master's studies in Piano at the State Conservatory in Kiev, under Professors Alexander Snegiryov and Vladimir Vinitsky. During his studies, he won the Lysenko Competition in Lviv, in 1984, while at the First Rachmaninoff Competition in 1983 (Moscow), he received the Special Award for the performance of the competition’s required piece. As a soloist and chamber musician, he has performed in Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Lebanon, and Switzerland, among other destinations. In 1999, Molchanov moved to Montenegro, where he has successfully continued his professional and artistic engagement, appearing on all the important stages throughout the country and many abroad. He has performed at numerous festivals such as the Mokranjac Days, Nimus, A Tempo, KotorArt, the Montenegro Music Fest, the Bar Chronicles Festival, Espressivo, Nei suoni dei luoghi, and Budva City Theater, among others. He is a member of the Aperto Piano Duo with pianist N. Popović. Oleksiy Molchanov was also engaged in the Nuova Project (Cetinje, Montenegro). He is a Full Professor at the Music Academy of Cetinje.
